We hold the recipes and standards and oversee quality control. Production takes place at partner factories in Thach That – Quoc Oai Industrial Zone, Vietnam.

Color of Vietnam develops the products. Our partner facility in Thach That – Quoc Oai Industrial Zone, Hanoi handles production. We work together across the lines, from batch quality checks and retained samples to preparing export records.

Snack and energy bars.
Energy, protein and nut bars take shape on the partner facility's forming and pressing lines.

Automated packing.
The partner facility runs automated packing lines suited to each product. Options include bar boxes, cracker pouches and snack jars.

Storage and shipment.
Export orders are staged in the warehouse and loaded into containers at the partner facility. Batch records and export documents are prepared alongside the cargo.
Quality at each step.
Incoming ingredients.
All ingredients are checked before production begins. The partner facility reviews them against the recipes and standards set by Color of Vietnam.
Line monitoring.
Quality checks happen directly on the production line. This covers dough rolling and baking for crackers, forming for bars, and final packing.
Testing and samples.
Finished products undergo microbiological testing to Vietnamese standards. Samples are retained to serve as a reference for each batch.
Batch records.
Traceability records log the production details for every batch. Export orders include specific shipment documents alongside these records.
Facility credentials.
ISO 22000:2018 (AQV-40067, issued by QRS) expired on 04.09.2026 and is under renewal. Halal MS 1500:2019 (HCA 486/JAKIM, from HCA Vietnam) is valid until 19.11.2026. FDA facility registration 15364743950 is valid until 31.12.2026. Please note this is a registration, not an FDA certification.
These credentials belong to the partner manufacturing facility, not Color of Vietnam.
