1. our accessibility commitment
We are working towards WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines inform the design and review of our Vietnamese and English website. This is an ongoing process, rather than a claim that the entire site is certified.
2. contrast and text size
The website uses text and background contrast to support readability. Text scales with your browser’s zoom settings. You can adjust the size to suit your needs. If enlarging a page hides content or makes it hard to read, please tell us.
3. using a keyboard
You can navigate links and buttons using a keyboard instead of a mouse. The Tab key moves you to the next available control. If you get stuck or cannot reach a specific action, let us know where this happened and what you were trying to do.
4. images and page language
Informative images include alternative descriptions for screen readers. Pages declare their language as Vietnamese or English to help assistive tools process the content.
5. current limitations
Scanned certificates are shown as images with brief descriptions. Screen readers may not capture every word within a scan. If you need help with a document, tell us the certificate name and the details you need so we can assist.
6. feedback and assistance
Call 0907 055 455 or use the contact form to report a barrier. Tell us the page, your intended task and the issue you faced. Including your browser or assistive tool is helpful. If the form is hard to use, call us between 8:00 and 17:30 (Vietnam time), Monday to Friday.
7. review and improvement
This statement was reviewed on 21.09.2026. Your feedback helps us prioritise fixes, especially barriers to reading and contacting us. We will update this text and the revision date as changes occur.
