Our approach

Ingredients to the pack.

We aim to make good food using Vietnamese agricultural products. From sourcing and partner production to final packaging, we are learning to use resources more carefully.

01

Sourcing local ingredients.

We seek to understand the origin, processing and storage of local produce. Selected ingredients must fit our recipes and come with clear supporting records.

02

Assessing by records.

We review specifications and samples before running trials with partners. Details on storage, shelf life and allergens must be confirmed early on.

03

Testing at facilities.

Recipes and materials are tested directly on our partners' production lines. Quality checks and shelf-life reviews help both sides finalize the approach before mass production.

04

Refining our packaging.

We work with suppliers to review film thickness, jar sizes and carton layouts to reduce material waste. Every adjustment is tested for food safety and transport durability.

05

The work ahead.

We continue to track storage losses, processing waste and energy use with our partners. Proposed improvements start as small trials, with results recorded before wider rollout.
