What areas is Color of Vietnam hiring for?
Open positions span many functions: Supply Chain, Digital Marketing, Content, R&D (product research & development), Design, Technology, and Finance & Accounting. The full list with detailed descriptions for each position is always kept up to date at the top of this page.
Can I apply without much experience?
Yes. Many positions (especially R&D and Content) welcome freshers — skills can be trained, and you'll receive full structured training. The prerequisite at Color of Vietnam is culture fit: shared values, a Builder spirit, and ownership of results. Manager and functional-specialist positions do require existing professional experience.
Are the positions online or office-based?
Most positions work on-site at our Hanoi office (No. 36 Louis 2, Louis City Dai Mo). Some collaborator or part-time positions can be remote or flexible — the working arrangement is always stated clearly in each job description.
Do I need to know how to code?
No — except for positions in the Technology department. Most roles only require you to be willing to learn and use AI/automation tools in your work, and the company will train you from scratch following our SOPs.
How does Color of Vietnam use AI at work?
Color of Vietnam operates AI-first: we use AI and automation to automate repetitive tasks in content, design, R&D, marketing, and supply chain — freeing people to focus on strategic thinking. Team members get licensed tool accounts and are trained to apply AI to their own workflows.
What does the application process for full-time positions look like?
Three main steps: (1) apply online right on this page; (2) HR screens applications and contacts suitable candidates; (3) an on-site interview at our office (1–2 rounds depending on the position), followed by an offer. Culture fit is assessed throughout the process.
How long after applying will I hear back?
